Oncology and Immuno-oncology: HitGen has established a drug discovery pipeline for oncology and immuno-oncology. We have got IND approval for several projects of which all have advanced into clinical trial stage. Inflammatory and Autoimmune Diseases: Inflammatory and autoimmune diseases are a large group of disorders that encompasses a vast variety of human diseases, such as psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, multiple sclerosis and inflammatory bowel disease etc. HitGen dedicates to provide solution to drug discovery of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases area.

Ophthalmology: By leveraging our DEL screening technology platform, our scientists has developed innovative candidates in preclinical stage for treating glaucoma disease.

Infectious Diseases: Infectious diseases still remain to be one of the biggest global public health concerns. HITGEN team have expertise in anti-infectives discovery and development, and can provide integrated anti-infectives discovery programs by using cutting edge technologies such as Protac, covalent DEL screening and siRNA.

Metabolic Diseases: Metabolic diseases, including obesity, fatty liver, diabetes, and dyslipidemia, have become a major public health problem with increasing prevalence worldwide. Hitgen’s experienced team have expertise in drug discovery and development for metabolic diseases. The biology team has developed a wide range of relevant assays and animal models across a number of targets to support new drug development for metabolic disease.

Cardiovascular Diseases: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death worldwide. We have extensive experience in DEL screening and structure based design in cardiovascular disease. Our bioscience team can provide pharmacodynamics, drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) and non-GLP toxicology.
