("BioAge", NASDAQ: BIOA), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing therapeutic product candidates for cardiometabolic diseases by targeting the biology of human aging, on dosing the first participant in QUELL-CV, a Phase 2 proof-of-concept clinical trial of BGE-102, a potent, structurally novel, orally available, brain-penetrant small molecule NLRP3 inhibitor.

On December 25, 2025, HitGen Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "HitGen", SSE: 688222.SH), held a ceremony to celebrate the completion of the main structure for its Global Drug R&D and Production Base (Phase I) project (hereinafter referred to as the "Base" or "Project") at the Chengdu Tianfu International Bio-town. Dr. Jin Li, Chairman and CEO of HitGen, along with company board directors, heads of departments and employee representatives, as well as representatives from construction partners and other distinguished guests, jointly witnessed this milestone moment.

HitGen Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "HitGen", SSE: 688222.SH), announced it has officially submitted its commitment letter to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). HitGen has pledged to set near-term science-based targets within the next two years, aligned with the SBTi's stringent criteria. This commitment entails the future development and implementation of a series of emission reduction measures designed to cut the company’s greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain to a level consistent with the 1.5°C temperature goal set forth in the Paris Agreement. This move marks a significant progress made by HitGen in promoting the company’s sustainable development and implementing its ESG (environment, society and governance) strategy.
