DNA-encoded Library

With its expertise in library design, on-DNA chemistry development and library synthesis, HitGen offers specialized custom DEL synthesis services tailored to our customer's requirements. HitGen uses its techniques, protocols, know-how and resources to build and deliver high quality libraries to customers. Four partners (Pfizer, JnJ, MSD and FORMA) were announced in the public domain for collaborations involving custom DEL design and synthesis.

• Libraries generated in these collaborations can be selected against the Customer targets without target exclusivity. 

• One synthesis campaign will provide samples for hundreds or thousands of affinity selection experiments

• All the library information including synthesis procedures and QC data will be transferred along with library samples. 

• Tech. transfer will enable customers to do their own selection, sequencing, data analysis and hit-proposals.
