Toxicokinetics (TK) evaluates the change in pharmacokinetic property of drug after repeated dosing, characterizing its exposure, accumulation and elimination. Generally, TK study was performed along with repeated dose toxicity study on the final day of experiment, and TK data is important information for the whole toxicity study.
